Happy Birthday

Today is Maynard's birthday.
It's still marked on my calendar.
I refuse to take it off.
A reminder popped up from Facebook
and I wanted to send him a
happy birthday message
People will think I'm ridiculous I thought, but I decided I didn't care. I went on his Facebook page and discovered that my message was one of quite a few with more coming as the day goes by.

He was very loved and I miss him.

I told him to save me a piece of cake 
and a seat next to him at the table.
