The Chicken Coop

I am a paper crafter. I've been playing with paper, and cutting and pasting for many years now and I still just love it. I teach classes each month and would love to have you.
You can find me at MyRedHen.blogspot.com and on Pinterest
or email me at MyRedHen4@yahoo.com
I'd love to hear from you.
Every now and then I have some cards or little treats available for sale that may be seen here.
My blog also contains my personal posts. Ignore them if you like, but you may get a kick out of them. Maybe my girls will read them one day and get insights into the inner workings of an old woman's brain....Scary Thought!
There is a list of labels on the right side of the blog, so you can click there to go to only the posts that you are interested in. That will allow you to skip the personal posts and any items for sale if you wish. No matter which way you choose, I hope will enjoy my little blog and visit often.

I've Completely Faltered!

Well girls--I have obviously completely blown it on my Project 365. I left for the weekend for the Scrapbook Expo and forgot to take my camera! Of all the times! Anyway, I was able to snag some pictures from Tracey's camera, but never got around to updating my blog when I got back. Now I'm so behind that I can't begin to catch up so I'm just going to bring you up to date on a few things and start again----AGAIN!
Had a great time with Tracey and DJ at the Expo, hit some thrift shops and a wonderful little quilt shop and finally got to crop at The Green Tangerine on Saturday night. It wasn't much different from any other crop except for the abundance of creativity and product. Love having all that at my fingertips!
When I returned I had several doc appointments and some hard work to finish prep for my Calendar Class which I taught on Wednesday night. Then before I knew it, I was out of town again for a weekend trip to scrap at Donna Jean's in Carson City. My! I'm such a traveler!
I came back from Donna Jean's ready to teach my card class for the month and the second of my two sessions for the Journey of My Heart class. Once that was done, I buried myself in my house to work a solid two days on the final prep for my first Make-N-Take Day.
I got a nice response from all of you who attended Make-N-Take Day on Saturday, so I plan to make it an annual event. I'm so thankful to each and every one of you who came out and made it a success. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! The pics for this post were taken that day. Hopefully it will look like something the rest of you might like to attend next year!
