I'd like to buy a vowel Pat

It's me again. I don't know what's the matter with me, but I've been just terrible about keeping my blog updated. It's time I stopped making excuses and just do better.
Anyway,
Here is the writing challenge I received today....
Pick a letter, any letter. Now, write a story, poem, or post in which every line starts with that letter.
I choose the letter "I"

I have been doing very poorly at keeping up with my blog.
I really want to do better.
I am going to try.
I finally got an offending tooth pulled out yesterday, and
I feel much better.
I think they had something more meaningful in mind when they suggested this post.
